I liked the conceit here of it still being a door but looking out at the final 'home' ... a grave yard.

I am an artist who embraces digital media with my use of camera, Wacom tablet and Photoshop producing both digital paintings and paintings using traditional materials such as crayon, inks and paint. My work is grounded in realism and tends to be autobiographical in nature. I use colour to express emotional concerns. My pictures have plurality of meanings and interpretations but ultimately one of my choice.

Really like the idea of the journey through this door Lorna…give the painting an interesting layered quality… and you’ve balanced the tones inside and out very successfully. These are going to look amazing when you exhibit them all :)
