Lorna explores, with passion, a creative relationship with her environment. Her oil paintings offer alternative visions of our place and times. She connects with myths of the past with her renowned Morris dancers paintings.

Those are both really good Lorna. I love the colours on the water in the second.
Looks like you had great fun...
You’ve got a lovely calm feel to that Lorna…I particularly like the way you’ve left the white at the base….It looks like you’ve applied the paint quickly and confidently, and the picture works really well because of that :)
I really like the black dots - it reminds me off the picture you did of the land rover in the woods.
Fantastic painting Lorna...hope we will be seeing it at the Arts Group Exhibition next month ;-)
I love the greens you have used. What size is it?
I was painting in my Moleskine using Aquash pens loaded with my choice of colour and a black ink drawing pen eating chocolate and feeling depressed. Dark thoughts are kicked back into the under stairs cupboard and I feel positive enough to start thinking how to change the 'Dryad' painting.
