'Future' is finished
When I varnish this in November the shiny patches will disappear. This is a clean wrapped canvas (no nails showing) so I will paint the sides in acrylic.

Lorna explores, with passion, a creative relationship with her environment. Her oil paintings offer alternative visions of our place and times. She connects with myths of the past with her renowned Morris dancers paintings.

Wow - fantastic stuff! This is such a departure from your other work and it really sings with passion. More power to your brush!
I think that's fabulous Lorna. Maybe my favourite thing you've ever done. Normally I like your sketches better than the finished work (I think I value imperfection and spontaneity highly) but this has got better and better with every iteration.
