Malingerer again
Have decided to paint this scene again for myself. The drawing from last time has been finished now and I am now drawing up a big watercolour (65 cm wide). The original painting was small ("Has to fit between the port holes.") which made it difficult to explore mark making.

I really like this one, the tone and texture you’ve got in there are superb…:)
I've seen this in 'the flesh' and the texture is superb. But then I always did like monochrome 8-).
